At Daybreak Health, you will help young people thrive emotionally and mentally by delivering teletherapy to students ages 11‑24 throughout California. Ways to Work at Daybreak We offer flexibility to fit career goals. Most clinicians choose the 1099 Independent Contractor model for flexibility and earning potential. For clinicians who want traditional benefits, we also offer a W‑2 opportunity for those who consistently complete 17+ sessions per week. The more clients you see, the more you earn. A clinician seeing 20+ sessions per week can build a meaningful income stream without the administrative burden of running a private practice.
