Help Beauty and Wellness Professionals Grow Their Businesses

The Dale Modern Day Spa is hiring a relationship-driven Leasing Sales Specialist to help beauty and wellness professionals find the right private suite for their businesses.

This is an approximately 80% sales and 20% Partner and location-support role. Your primary responsibility will be generating leads, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and converting qualified beauty and wellness professionals into signed Partners.

You will manage the complete lead-to-lease process for assigned locations, primarily in Tempe, Gilbert, and the East Valley. You will split your time between our Scottsdale office and working in the field at assigned locations.

You will receive marketing-generated leads, but this is not a passive leasing position. Successful team members also create opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, social media, local networking, community outreach, and relationships throughout the beauty and wellness industry.

You will not simply be filling vacant suites. You will help beauty and wellness professionals step into independence, strengthen their businesses, and create environments they are proud to share with their clients.

Compensation:

$45,000 base salary with $125,000+ target earnings with upside commissions

Responsibilities: What You’ll DoSales and Leasing

• Own the full lead-to-lease process, from the first inquiry through a signed agreement

• Respond quickly to inbound leads by phone, text, email, social media, and other outreach channels

• Generate new prospects through calls, referrals, networking, local outreach, social media, and beauty-industry relationships

• Schedule and conduct polished, persuasive property tours

• Sell the business opportunity and Partner experience—not simply the physical suite

• Understand each prospect’s goals, address concerns, overcome objections, and create appropriate urgency

• Confidently ask qualified prospects to sign a lease

• Follow up consistently until there is a clear next step, yes, or no

• Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with detailed notes, follow-up dates, lead sources, next steps, and lost reasons

• Build relationships with cosmetology schools, salons, wellness businesses, industry organizations, and referral partners

Partner and Location Support

• Develop strong relationships with current Dale Partners

• Visit assigned properties regularly and ensure vacant suites and common areas are polished and tour-ready

• Notice and report maintenance, cleanliness, or Partner-experience concerns

• Communicate Partner feedback to the appropriate operations or leadership team

• Help resolve routine concerns while escalating operational or maintenance issues appropriately

• Participate in a scheduled rotating on-call program for urgent Partner issues

Qualifications: What We’re Looking For

• Two or more years of full-time sales, leasing, membership sales, business development, hospitality, or other relationship-driven experience

• A demonstrated ability to follow up with leads, manage a pipeline, and close business

• Comfortable generating opportunities rather than relying exclusively on inbound leads

• Confident communicating by phone, text, email, social media, and in person

• Warm, polished, dependable, and comfortable working with business individuals

• Able to create urgency and ask directly for the sale without being overly aggressive

• Organized and disciplined with CRM notes, reminders, and follow-up

• Motivated by goals, commissions, bonuses, and measurable results

• Coachable and interested in continually improving sales skills

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership

• Able to travel regularly between Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, and other Valley locations

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Experience in salon suites, apartment leasing, coworking spaces, beauty, wellness, fitness memberships, hospitality sales, real estate, event sales, or premium service sales is especially valuable.

Beauty-industry experience is helpful but not required. Strong sales ability, follow-up discipline, and relationship-building skills matter most.
