Staff Accountant

Our mission-driven client is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. Ideal candidates for this role will have several years of experience working with governmental grant administration as well as strong leadership abilities. Work Model:
- Open to remote, hybrid, or on-site
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain financial transactions and accounting
- Oversee all areas of grant and contract spending
- Ensure compliance with organizational contracts
- Track revenues and expenditures
- Reconcile accounts
- Perform financial reporting
- Handle budgeting and provide forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of nonprofit or grant administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
