Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Overtime & Weekends: Based on company needs.

Openwork is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a manufacturing company in Denton, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on inspection work, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of maintaining strong product quality.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Identify defects and verify products meet specifications.
Perform visual inspections, dimensional measurements, and product testing.
Use calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other inspection tools.
Monitor production for quality concerns or deviations.
Document inspection results and report defects.
Maintain and calibrate measuring equipment.
Follow company quality procedures and applicable industry standards.
Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

What We're Looking For:

Previous quality control, inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience using calipers, gauges, measuring tapes, and other measuring tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Understanding of manufacturing quality standards and procedures.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Must be available for overtime and weekend work based on company needs.
