Job Description We are looking for a Talent & Culture Manager to join Invoke's Talent Management & Operations team. Through your actions, both strategic and operational, you will contribute to the growth and evolution of our studio. In your role, you will be in charge of the studio's talent management, implementing standard talent and culture processes and leading activities such as recruitment, performance evaluation, team training and organizational design. What you'll do Provide managers with comprehensive human resources support, including executive coaching, employee relations, compensation, culture development, organizational design and human resources development Provide mentoring and timely advice to managers to help them effectively address employee issues and concerns Lead the local talent acquisition team and be responsible for the recruitment process, from needs analysis to on-boarding and tracking of talent Be a partner in the development and reinforcement of Invoke's corporate culture Build appropriate talent and culture systems, policies and programs to optimize studio growth and performance Work in collaboration with Wizards and Hasbro HR teams to implement major annual processes Participate in the definition and promotion of the employer brand Ensure an inclusive approach in all areas of the studio. What you'll bring At least 10 years' experience as an HR manager, HRBP and/or recruiter, including at least 5 years in a games studio environment Bachelor's degree, ideally with a specialization in human resources management, industrial relations or a related field An established reputation as a trusted advisor, influencing with finesse and results-oriented.
