Licensed Practical Nurse - Behavioral Health/Psychiatric ** Direct Hire Opportunity ** 3x12s Schedule Pay: $29-31/hour Miami, FL 33016 Qualifications CPR certification Extensive experience with blood draws and EKGs Previous experience with psychiatric and substance abuse patients Responsibilities Deliver clinical care to research participants in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines. Monitor participant health status, including vital signs, sample collection, medication administration, and comfort measures. Maintain thorough knowledge of assigned protocols to ensure accurate and complete study activities. Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and coordinate patient transfers as needed. Administer investigational and concomitant medications as directed by the principal investigator. Document and report adverse events, changes in patient condition, and escalate issues to appropriate personnel. Dispense study drugs per investigator delegation and ensure compliance with study requirements. Promote a safe environment, utilize de-escalation techniques, and adhere to established unit policies and procedures. #J-18808-Ljbffr
