Shift Leader

Brand: Einstein Bros. Bagels We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. Shift Leaders take charge and set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. They ensure food and beverage quality while maintaining a safe and clean environment and have the opportunity to grow their career within the company. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders lead daily operations, manage staff schedules, oversee customer service, and handle any operational issues that arise. They are responsible for maintaining store standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and fostering a positive team culture.
