Junior Data Analyst We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills for our tech clients. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about turning raw data into actionable insights. You will work on enterprise-level projects, building dashboards, analyzing trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making for U.S.-based clients. Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver insights Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) Familiarity with Python or R for data wrangling and analysis Understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Additional Skills Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines Exposure to data visualization storytelling for executive audiences Client Requirements Our U.S.-based clients typically require: Real-world project experience : Hands-on exposure to enterprise-level BI dashboards and analytics projects beyond academic coursework.
