Production

Immediate openings 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Monday-Friday work schedule enviroment is medical manufacturing facility. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for supporting daily production operations, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, teamwork, a great work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

salary: $15.5 - $17.05 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Inspect, sterilize, and pouch the acrysof lens 
• Exercises judgment in a variety of basic nonrelease criteria operations.
• Decision-making is limited, duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail and receives close supervision.
• Cooperates with area leadership and peers, communicating as required.
• Performs tasks within rate standards while maintain high quality assurance standards.
• Acts according to Novartis Values & Behaviors
• Performs work safely and follows all applicable safety procedures

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working up to 40 hrs of overtime per week
