Lion Real Estate Group is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Leasing Associate who’s a natural people-person—someone lovable, outgoing, and social. You’ll be the face of one of our beautiful communities, The Brentwood in Nashville, TN , connecting with future residents, marketing with creativity, and helping people find their perfect home.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and tour prospective residents with energy and enthusiasm
- Lease apartments and earn commission while doing it
- Promote our properties on social media—bring your personality online
- Build relationships and connections that make people feel at home
- Get creative with marketing and outreach efforts
- Work alongside a supportive, fun-loving team

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leasing, assistant manager, or property management experience preferred
- Proven sales ability and a passion for customer service
- Strong resident relations and collections experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Yardi or other property management software preferred
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
