As we continue to expand, we are seeking Drain Technicians to join our dedicated team. No prior experience is required—we're looking for individuals with great communication and customer service skills who are eager to learn the trade!As a Drain Technician, you'll evaluate customer needs, provide repair options, and perform drain cleaning services. You'll have the chance to work both independently and as part of a supportive team. We value good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.In addition to a competitive wage there are excellent benefits including:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for the employee401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan2 floating holidays6 paid holidaysVacation payPaid weeklyOn-the-job training and opportunities for career growthResponsibilities Include:Diagnose and clear drain blockages using cable machines, hydro-jetters, & other equipmentPerform sewer camera inspections to identify issues such as breaks, roots, or belliesRepair or replace drain and sewer lines as needed (minor repairs or assisting with larger excavations)Locate sewer and water lines using locating equipmentCommunicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenanceIdentify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenanceConsistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goalsFulfill on-call duties according to the department scheduleRequirementsExperience in drain cleaning, plumbing, or related field preferredValid plumbing apprenticeship required, may be obtained upon hireKnowledge of residential and/or commercial sewer systems preferredExcellent customer service skillsValid driver's licenseMust meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
