13 week contract, 4/10 hour shifts, DAYS Full-time, Contract In-Office | Clearlake, CA, United States Responsibilities Perform mammography screenings adhering to safety and quality standards. Operate and maintain/calibrate mammography equipment and accessories. Maintain meticulous patient records and imaging documentation for review. Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and privacy regulations (HIPAA/GDPR as applicable). Prepare patient imaging orders, explain procedures, and ensure comfort. Collaborate with radiologists to review images and determine next steps. Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to territory/pipeline metrics. Participate in regular quality assurance reviews and participate in audits. Pursue ongoing professional development and stay updated on latest mammography techniques. Educate patients about screening benefits, preparation, and follow-up processes. Assist in scheduling, workflow optimization, and ensuring high on‑site visibility of tasks. Support a growth‑oriented environment by sharing feedback and seeking mentorship. Experience/Qualifications Certified mammography technologist with ARRT or equivalent credential. Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR, infection control, and safety protocols. Proficient operation, calibration, and maintenance of mammography equipment. Maintain meticulous patient records and imaging documentation. Meet or exceed performance targets; possess territory/pipeline mindset. Ability to prepare imaging orders, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort. Strong collaboration with radiologists to review images and determine next steps. Participate in QA reviews, audits, and continuous quality improvement. Pursue ongoing professional development; stay updated on mammography techniques.
