On-Call Property Maintenance Tech
RPM Living
RPM Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep interior and exterior common areas clean and well-maintained at our apartment communities. You will perform custodial work, grounds care, and make-ready preparations, ensuring safety and quality across the property. You will operate power washers, floor scrubbers, and other equipment, handle basic pool care, and respond to emergencies on-call. A valid driver’s license and OSHA awareness support success in this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr RPM Living
