Job Description The Account Supervisor plays a pivotal role as a cross-functional team member responsible for leading the day-to-day with excellence and ensuring the executional success of brand campaigns and initiatives for one of the largest CPG companies in the U.S. This leader will be the 'conductor' of holistic advertising programs as well of a team comprised of Account, Creative, Production, Media and be an essential part with strategic planning, creative development, and ensuring the creative output achieves clients' and the agency's objectives. Ultimately, creating and building trust with all internal departments, clients and partner agencies. They oversee any AEs/AAEs and manage up accordingly. Mindset Be a leader you are the day-to-day leader, executing the tasks with excellence, whether doing it yourself or delegating Be solution-oriented you know the fundamentals now so you're not just executing, but thinking beyond the ask, anticipating what client really needs Competencies/Soft Skills Multi-channel experience across TVC, Radio, eComm, and social Proactive, solution-oriented, strategic thinker who is passionate about ideas, brands, the agency and our client's business Excels in crafting strategy, and detail-oriented project management and best in class creative, overseeing an iconic brand Approaches each assignment with curiosity, open-mindedness and forward-thinking to contribute to solutions Superb written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to presents ideas with clarity and persuasive impact A clear, persuasive communicator with the ability to motivate, inform, involve & guide teams to achieve shared objectives Enthusiastic collaborator who enjoys working with other people and has the drive to make things happen in partnership with others; Able to reconciles a variety of perspectives and brings them to collective agreement and action Thinks through problems by quickly narrowing in on core issues and identifying innovative and effective solutions Ability to manage with optimism and calm in the context of a complex, fluid business Responsibilities Partners to create innovative, business solutions based on expert knowledge of the client's business, industry, market trends and encourages new ideas from direct reports Act as a key client contact, overseeing all aspects of key projects of brand idea from initial concept through to execution Communicates with client regularly to set project expectations, negotiate deliverables and obtain updates on the client's business Manages ways to bring ideas to life across departments, gains support and ownership of all key stakeholders to execute project plans and productions on time and budget. Management of direct reports, fostering and enabling their growth and best performance Makes suggestions for broadening the range of strategies and tactics employed on a given project or brand Ensures creative product is developed according to deliverables Manages project scope & defines project resource requirements Maintains quality assurance and develops ideas for continuous improvement Reinforces roles and accountabilities internally and with the client Identifies opportunities to incorporate sister agencies and ensures strategic alignment so that the best ideas get to market Guides, advises, assists and inspires all team members with the explicit goal of developing the next generation of account management talent at the agency Applies understanding of key financial measures to brand management and uses financial analysis to evaluate opportunities Qualifications 4+ years of experience Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Infrequent travel On-site work expectations Additional Information Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Diffrence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
