Retail- Early Mornings Service Team Member (3am Mondays)

Store - EPPING, NH Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping and finding products, and provide a fast checkout experience. In addition, complete truck unloading, merchandise duties, and store recovery standards to deliver the Brand Promises. Responsibilities Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions. Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards. Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments. Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey. Assist with Omni‑channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes. Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including return/go‑back processes and general store recovery. Perform Store In‑Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned. Support shrink and safety programs. Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws, execute policies and standards. Interact positively and respectfully with others, promote commitment to the organization’s values. Cross‑train in custom framing selling and production. Preferred Experience Retail and/or customer service experience preferred. Physical Requirements Remain standing for long periods. Move throughout the store. Bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. When assistance required, engage supervisor for accommodations. Work in a climate‑controlled retail setting; some stock rooms may not be climate‑controlled. Occasional outdoor work may be required to retrieve carts or unload trucks; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
