Assembly Technician Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)

• Receive, unpack, and prepare FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) panels and components for assembly.
• Use hand and power tools to build high-quality finished products.
• Stage materials and organize parts for efficient production.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Work as part of a team to deliver products on time.

Assembly Technician Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to read sales orders and identify parts accurately
• Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working in fast-paced production settings.
• Previous experience operating flatbed gooseneck trailers preferred is a plus.
