Reliability EngineerLead reliability improvements for CNC machining centers to enhance equipment availability, OEE, and process capability. Utilize structured reliability methods (TPM, RCCA, PFMEA, predictive maintenance) to eliminate chronic losses and stabilize throughput. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production to embed a reliability-focused culture and standard work.Job title: Reliability EngineerWork Location with Zip code: Lafayette, IN 47905Work from Home: NoYears of experience required: 10 - 20 YearsTypical task breakdown:Perform data analysis & support maintenance team to improve machine availability.Lead data-driven reliability initiatives for critical assets, with a primary focus on increasing machine uptime and MTBF.Analyze Llumin downtime data to identify recurring issues and find reliability gaps.Initiate RCCA efforts for chronic failures, ensuring PCAs are put in place to address true root causes.Evaluate preventive maintenance activities against actual downtime drivers.
