responsibilities:

• Verify plant equipment compliance with contract specifications, design feasibility, and supplier testing requirements within discipline capacity.
• Develop and track startup packages, detailed milestone schedules, and procedures for key activities like performance testing and chemical cleaning.
• Manage system walkdowns, punch lists, and smooth transitions from construction completion through startup to final turnover.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for equipment setup, operation, as-built drawing updates, and system troubleshooting.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards while supporting continuous improvement and change management initiatives.

qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of relevant plant startup or commissioning experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of power plant technical principles, engineering systems, startup guidelines, and OSHA 10-Hour training.

Proven planning, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to manage contract documents and equipment testing instruments.
