Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Documentation and electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Client requires a 13-week contract availability (VMS Contract Weeks: 13).

• Shift Details: Days 08:30–16:30, 5x8 schedule.
