BDC Sales/Service Representative – Bilingual
Honda of Stamford is looking for an energetic, bilingual BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our sales and service team. If you're a great communicator who loves connecting with people over the phone and online, and you're fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!
About the Role
As a BDC Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling both sales and service inquiries. You'll manage incoming calls, emails, and online chat leads, schedule appointments, and help drive traffic into our showroom and service department. This is a great opportunity for someone who's organized, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to sales and service inquiries via phone, email, text, and online chat
- Schedule sales appointments and service appointments for customers
- Follow up with leads and past customers to maintain strong relationships
- Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure a smooth handoff of leads and appointments
- Meet daily and monthly call/appointment-setting goals
- Provide excellent customer service on every interaction
Qualifications
- Bilingual required: fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and basic office technology
- Positive attitude and a team-player mentality
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Automotive industry experience a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
