Were seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Hays Medical Center in Hays, KS. Our mission is to help patients regain independence and achieve their recovery goals.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance their recovery.
• Instruct nursing staff and patients families on follow-through programs to support ongoing progress.
• Communicate patient progress and concerns with supervisors and team members.
• Assist with scheduling, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards.
• Document patient care accurately and in alignment with all requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure proper care of equipment.
• Adhere to the organization's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and professional standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

$ 75,000.00 - 90,000.00 (US Dollar)
