Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to neonatal patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver specialized nursing care within the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) setting, including administration of vasoactive medications such as epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the EPIC electronic medical records system.
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
• Participate in orientation and onboarding activities per the facility's established schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience required.
• Demonstrated experience with EPIC EMR required.
• At least one completed travel nursing contract required.
• Experience administering epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU specialty setting.
• Familiarity with charge nurse or preceptor responsibilities.
