Senior Manager, Consumer Insights & Strategy
Tory Burch
Tory Burch seeks a senior Consumer Insights professional to own the insights roadmap and drive research across brand, product, and marketing. You will design and manage both qualitative and quantitative studies, synthesize data from social listening and VoC, and turn findings into actionable customer profiles that inform strategic decisions. You will collaborate with Digital, CRM, and Data teams, manage budgets and vendors, and present insights to senior leadership to shape brand direction and #J-18808-Ljbffr Tory Burch
