Principal Product Manager, CandyJar

What You’ll Do: Lead the development and strategy of our CandyJar app, working closely with our CEO and leadership team to spearhead innovation in next-gen entertainment Engage continuously with existing and potential customers to build strong communication channels and deepen empathy, extracting and integrating key insights to inform the product roadmap and drive enhancements Oversee every step of the product life cycle. That includes product ideation, strategic planning, impact estimation and modeling, product roadmap, product development, and product launch and growth With a deep understanding of our users’ needs, wishes, and problems, you will build long term roadmaps for new and existing products and champion our customers’ needs at all times Drive innovation, definition, roadmap, and design of A/B tests and experiments to improve retention, story discovery, and subscription rate Define metrics and make product and strategic decisions based on A/B testing and/or qualitative feedback Analyze & report product data from users, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products. You’ll also be making sure that all quality, usability, and reliability standards are met What You'll Bring: 6+ years of proven experience in product management, with a solid track record of advancing and guiding apps through their entire lifecycle, from early stages to rapid expansion Experience in customer engagement and community building Experience with SQL; comfortable writing basic queries Experience with in-app currency and usage billing business model Experience in product lifecycle management in the B2C space Startup Hungry: You are proactive; able to thrive in a fast-paced evolving work environment Think out of the box: You have experience with identifying various business problems or product flaws by coming up with creative solutions.
