Automation Personnel Services is hiring motivated Warehouse Associates for a respected company in Fairhope, AL. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, teamwork, and staying organized in a positive and upbeat warehouse environment. Pay Rate $10.50 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities • Load and unload trucks and containers • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment • Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) • Sort, organize, and stage inventory • Perform basic quality checks on products • Maintain a clean and safe work area • Follow company safety and performance standards Warehouse Associate Qualifications and Requirements • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods (Lift assessment will be conducted) • Reliable transportation and strong attendance • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Willingness to learn and follow instructions • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record • Background and Drug Test screening will be performed for this role Job Type Full-time, Temporary to Hire Benefits • Weekly Pay • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance • 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours • 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
