We are currently looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Evening Hostess to join our Dining Services team. Schedule: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM Next-Day Pay Options Available! This is a great part-time opportunity for someone looking for consistent evening hours in a welcoming, team-oriented environment, with the added flexibility of next-day access to earned wages . What You Will Do As an Evening Hostess, you will help create a positive dining experience from the moment residents and guests arrive. Responsibilities include: Warmly greet and seat residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner. Help manage dining room traffic flow and ensure residents receive prompt, attentive service. Serve as a primary resident services contact during the evening meal period. Coordinate seating to help balance responsibilities among dining room servers. Process guest meal charges as needed. Assist with the orientation and training of new Dining Room team members. Maintain high standards of appearance, cleanliness, sanitation, and personal hygiene. Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures. Attend required in-service training and staff meetings. Maintain dependable and punctual attendance for scheduled shifts. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and guests. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. What We Are Looking For A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for helping others. Strong customer service and communication skills. Professional and welcoming demeanor. Ability to work well with residents, families, guests, and team members. Dependable, punctual, and able to consistently work the 4:00 PM–7:00 PM evening schedule .
