Job Summary:

TLC Care Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our team of professionals providing in-home care services to the elderly and individuals with disabilities in the Kailua-Kona area. As a Caregiver with TLC Care Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your clients, while being part of a supportive and dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship

• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Encourage independence and promote healthy living habits

• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Compassionate and patient individual with a strong desire to work with seniors and individuals with disabilities

• Ability to lift, transfer, and ambulate clients safely and securely

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

• Work in a variety of settings, including private homes, apartments, and assisted living facilities

• Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal client outcomes

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
