Overview Registered Nurse – Oncology Location: Lodi, California, United States Start date: 08/03/2026 Assignment type: 8‑week travel assignment Pay: $1,708–$1,808 per week Guaranteed hours: 0 Shift: Nights, 12‑hour shifts (3x12) Setting: Inpatient oncology care Responsibilities Deliver direct, coordinated oncology nursing care for an assigned patient group using the nursing process and established standards of care Monitor patient status, assess changes, and administer medications and treatments per physician orders Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; document outcomes and response to therapy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physicians, pharmacists, social work) to coordinate comprehensive patient care and discharge planning Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff on the shift; uphold patient safety, accuracy of charting, and infection control practices Requirements Active California RN license BLS certification Oncology nursing experience preferred (1 year) Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts in an inpatient setting Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Benefits Dedicated recruiter and 24/7 travel support Credentialing and onboarding assistance Travel coordination and housing options Extension opportunities and ongoing assignment support Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
