Strategic HR Operations Specialist (Defense & SOF)

SOSI is seeking an HR Support Technician to backbone HR operations, guiding benefits, leave policy, onboarding, and compliance with civilian and military regulations. You’ll own personnel records, awards coordination with SOCOM J1, and ensure timely processing of personnel actions for the unit. You will develop SOPs, prepare command briefings, manage performance evaluations, and serve as the unit’s focal point for casualty reporting and ceremonies, delivering precise, compliant communications. #J-18808-Ljbffr SOSi
