What We're Looking For Experience as a Personal Trainer or relevant role (preferred) Passion for health, fitness, and high energy Strong leadership & customer service skills Fitness industry experience is a plus! A go-getter attitude with a love for meeting new people Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of various fitness programs, from basic exercises to functional training Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to motivate and inspire clients Reliable, punctual, and professional behavior Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA) Benefits Competitive compensation Consistent schedule week to week.
