Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, creating personalized treatment plans.

Educational Background:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a comparable degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications Needed:

Valid state license as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification is preferred. Specialized certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are beneficial but not mandatory.
