Job Title: CNC Machinist

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes (primarily Mori Seiki)
• Perform tool changes, adjustments, and minor program edits (G-code)
• Run parts and ensure they meet exact tolerances
• Inspect and measure parts using precision tools
• Monitor machines for quality and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with team to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Experience with CNC machining and lathe setup
• Ability to read and edit G-code programs
• Strong attention to detail and precision measurement skills
• Experience with machines like Mori Seiki, Haas, Okuma, etc. preferred
• Team-oriented with good problem-solving skills

Work Environment:

• Clean, climate-controlled machine shop
• 1st & 2nd shift available with overtime opportunities

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of SAINT LOUIS, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
