Job Description
Title: RN - Medical ICU

Schedule: 12H Rotating (Day/Night)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 4 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NIHSS certification required prior to start
- CCRN preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of unit experience
- Experience in a large teaching facility
- EPIC experience within the last 2 years
- Experience with multi-system disease, CRRT, IAPB, ECMO, COVID, vents, and multiple drips

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU setting.
- Monitor and manage critically ill patients, including starting IVs and maintaining multiple titrating drips.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Float to other ICU areas as needed.
- Manage critical ventilator care and provide support for various complex medical conditions.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must be open to working weekends.
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained.
- Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is required.
