• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions, setting the groundwork for effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and customize individual treatment plans that address the complexities of addiction alongside any co-occurring mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that motivate and empower clients on their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with fellow team members, sharing insights and strategies to ensure well-rounded and integrated care for each client.

You will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and life experiences, often facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. • Valid professional license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist in Clinical Social Work (LSCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and professional credentials.
