Recruiter

Location: Sugar Land, TX Pay: $55,000–$65,000 DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Assignment: 3–6 months, with potential for extension Work Arrangement: Hybrid — onsite 3–4 days/week during the first 3–4 weeks of training, then 1 day/week onsite Interview Process: 1st interview via Teams; 2nd interview onsite About the Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help support a growing recruiting department. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, technically savvy, highly organized, and comfortable managing high-volume recruiting across multiple positions and business functions. The Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and HR to identify top talent, build candidate pipelines, and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Do Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet organizational hiring needs Manage high-volume recruiting across multiple roles and business areas Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional networks, and other channels Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop and refine job descriptions Post positions across appropriate job boards and professional organizations Manage recruiting activity, documentation, reporting, and applicant tracking systems Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-source and time-to-fill Maintain regular communication with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process Identify and recommend new sourcing strategies and process improvements Support onboarding and training of new recruiters by sharing knowledge and best practices What We’re Looking For 4+ years of professional recruiting experience Proven experience managing high-volume recruiting Experience recruiting for multiple roles or business lines simultaneously Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Strong knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Microsoft Office/Teams, and Adobe PDF Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills Ability to take direction, ask questions, learn quickly, and work independently Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and continuous learning Why This Opportunity?
