Senior Accountant

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Littleton, VT. This position will report to the Group Controller and independently oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end and quarter-end close, and AR/AP staff for the site. $85K–$92K base + bonus Job Description Own the site's month-end and quarter-end close process and meet group consolidation deadlines Directly supervise the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff Maintain accurate, audit-ready books and support external audits with schedules and reconciliations Support the transition from Excel-based reporting to Oracle EPM Maintain site-level internal controls and proactively identify control gaps and process risks Support bank reconciliations, local cash processes, and other site-level Treasury activities Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct AR/AP supervision Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting close deadlines Manufacturing or multi-site industrial accounting experience strongly preferred Comfortable with modern ERP/EPM systems and moving away from manual spreadsheet-based processes Ability to work independently with proactive communication; CPA or progress toward CPA a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
