Associate OOH Media Planner About the Role We are looking for a motivated Associate OOH Media Planner to join a growing media planning team focused on delivering innovative Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about media planning and eager to develop their expertise in OOH strategy, audience insights, and campaign execution. You’ll play a hands‑on role supporting the planning and execution of campaigns across multiple industries while working closely with account teams, creative partners, and media vendors. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and excited to grow within an innovative, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support the end-to-end planning of Out-of-Home (OOH) media campaigns, from audience research and market selection through campaign execution. Develop and maintain media plans, campaign schedules, budgets, and performance reports. Conduct audience research and analyze consumer behaviors, demographics, and media consumption patterns to inform planning recommendations. Collaborate with Account Managers, clients, and creative teams to ensure media strategies align with campaign objectives. Become an expert user of internal planning tools and provide feedback to improve workflows and platform capabilities. Build and maintain relationships with OOH media vendors while supporting negotiations under the guidance of senior team members. Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are consistently met. Assist in presenting media recommendations and campaign plans to clients and key stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) media planning or broader media planning. Understanding of key OOH formats, including billboards, transit, digital out-of-home (DOOH), and experiential media. Experience using audience research and measurement tools such as GeoPath, Nielsen, Google Analytics, or similar platforms. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based media planning tools. Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, insights, and campaign performance. Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience planning integrated campaigns across both digital and OOH media channels. Familiarity with campaign attribution, measurement methodologies, and performance evaluation.
