Our operations team is supported by a responsive customer service function that assists clients, drivers, and field staff. Position Overview We are seeking a professional and dependable Call Center Agent to support our Orlando operations. This role handles inbound and outbound calls, assists customers with parking-related questions, schedules services, and supports internal teams with accurate information and timely communication. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally * Provide information related to parking services, locations, and general operations * Schedule appointments or service requests as needed * Document calls, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems * Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when appropriate * Coordinate with field staff and operations teams Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills * Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems * Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $17 – $24 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth * Supportive team environment
