As Hospital Manager, you'll partner closely with the Managing Veterinarian to help shape the future of the hospital-leading day-to-day operations, supporting a collaborative and positive culture, and ensuring both the medical team and clients feel supported every step of the way. - Lead and support daily hospital operations
- Partner with the Managing Veterinarian and regional leadership team
- Drive hospital performance with full P&L ownership
- Create schedules and manage labor costs effectively
- Support and develop a high-performing, engaged team
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable hospital culture
- Oversee payroll, inventory, accounts receivable, and administrative functions
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and client experience
- Implement new initiatives, technology, and operational best practices
- Navigate coaching conversations and provide ongoing team feedback
- Ensure exceptional service for both clients and patients
- 3-5 years of leadership or management experience
- Experience in veterinary medicine, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced service environment preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for team development
- Ability to balance business operations with compassionate people leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
