Surgery - General Nurse Practitioner

ATC West is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide locum tenens coverage for an extended maternity leave at a 247-bed hospital in Cookeville, Tennessee. This is a full-time, weekday opportunity with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. Position Highlights Location: Tennessee Facility: 247-bed hospital Coverage Needed: ASAP through October 23 Schedule: Monday Friday, 40 hours per week No after-hours, overtime, or weekend call Acute Care / Emergency General Surgery (EGS) program Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance provided Clinical Responsibilities General surgery clinic Inpatient rounding Surgical consults Acute Care Surgery / Emergency General Surgery (EGS) patient management Collaborate closely with the surgical team to provide high-quality patient care Qualifications Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Tennessee license required General surgery experience preferred Acute care surgery or hospital-based surgical experience strongly preferred Prefer a clinician who lives in Tennessee Why ATC West?
