Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with individuals of all ages Punctuality and ability to stay on schedule.

Job Summary: The Delivery Driver prepares to deliver medications, equipment, and provides other health care products. The Delivery Driver will work in coordination with all team members of the designated team. This position will drive the Center car/van or personal vehicle to deliver patients medications or equipment to the patient, the patients guardian, or the patients approved person.


Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Ensure patient confidentiality and provide patients with needed information for medications or equipment.
• Maintain the car/van in good running condition.
• Maintains a professional attitude and clean motor vehicle record.
• Keep accurate record of daily scheduled deliveries.
• Maintain prover storage and security conditions for medications and equipment.
• Completes daily reports as required by policy.
• Direct customer service and problem resolution.
• Provides necessary reports to the administration on monthly or quarterly basis.
• Maintain all patients' records, training records, in-services to be compliant with TJC and all regulation organizations that govern DMEPOS.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
