Automotive Service Advisors

The Service Advisor will advise customers on service options and costs when their vehicle needs repair, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Schedule appointments for service, maintenance, and recall work. Greet customers and inspect their vehicle. Advise customers about necessary or suggested services and costs. Follow the status of the customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work. Keep customers informed of any changes that occur. Upon completion of work, review the work order with the customer to ensure all concerns are addressed. Provide a completely satisfied customer experience. Qualifications Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred; automotive background acceptable. Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or Automotive Technician / Mechanic is advantageous. Experience in Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine settings considered. General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Good customer service and communication skills. Works well in a fast‑paced environment. Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
