Your Responsibilities

• Conduct Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial inquiry to final placement.
• Act as a Consultative Client Partner, grasping their hiring requirements, challenges, and company culture.
• Strategically Source Candidates through our innovative CRM/ATS, your personal network, and our specialized communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to effectively manage candidates, monitor outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that generate long-term value for clients while ensuring significant commissions for yourself.
