Location: Orange, Connecticut (Primarily Onsite)
Duration: 24 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Engineer/Analyst with expertise in Amazon Connect, CCaaS, and AWS integrations to support contact center transformation and ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and enhance Amazon Connect.
Troubleshoot contact center issues and provide production support.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Support AWS and enterprise application integrations.
Coordinate testing, deployment, and platform enhancements.
Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure service quality.

AWS and Integration Experience
Preferred Skills:
Utilities Industry Experience
Salesforce
Conversational AI / IVR
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be local to Orange, CT, or willing to relocate.
Valid work authorization required for the assignment duration.
Utilities industry experience preferred.
High possibility of extension.
