Spherion Staffing is currently recruiting for two Machinists to fill Direct Hire positions on 2nd and 3rd shifts with our client who is a well known Top Employer in Delaware County. Starting pay range for these positions is at $15 per hour plus, dependent on experience. Job Description Setup and operate lathes, mills, grinders and saws. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on equipment when time allows. Be willing to assist others when help is needed and offer suggestions where improvements can be made. Qualifications Requirements: Minimum 1 year of CNC / Lathe machine operation experience. Clearly write and communicate simple correspondence. Strong mathematical skills working with common fractions, decimals, computing rate, ratios and percent’s. Occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds.
