Overview
Physical Therapist – outpatient orthopedic and neuro therapy in a rural Dilkon, Arizona area. This travel temporary assignment is in a critical access setting. Start date: July 20, 2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Shift: 4x10 Flex (8- or 10-hour days). Weekly pay: $2,451-$2,595 per week. Guaranteed hours: 30 hours with 40 hours scheduled. Licensure: Arizona or compact license. Experience: outpatient orthopedic and neurological care; 3+ years preferred. This role focuses on a busy outpatient clinic with a variety of musculoskeletal cases and requires the ability to manage a diverse patient load.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients presenting with orthopedic and neurological needs in an outpatient setting
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans; adjust as needed based on progress
- Administer evidence-based therapies including therapeutics exercises, manual therapy, and modality use
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge planning accurately and timely
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize functional outcomes and coordinate referrals if needed
- Ensure patient safety, professional standards, and compliance with all applicable policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Active Arizona physical therapy license or eligibility for Arizona license / compact license
- 3+ years of outpatient orthopedic and neurological PT experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting and manage a diverse caseload
- Availability for a 4x10 hour shift schedule; flexible option for 8- or 10-hour shifts
- Eligible for travel assignment in the United States and able to work in a rural clinic environment
