Key Responsibilities
- Direct and administer all front office operations to maximize profitability and maintain high-quality guest service standards.
- Monitor and analyze room inventory using Yield Management to increase occupancy and average rates.
- Manage group blocks, reservations, and employee reservation requests efficiently.
- Train and supervise reservation agents, providing feedback to ensure top performance.
- Prepare detailed rooms reports and assist in forecasting monthly and annual room revenue.
- Communicate clearly with guests and staff to provide excellent customer service and operational guidance.
Supportive Duties
- Manage loyalty program points calculations and monitoring.
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out and other guest services as needed.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks.
- Participate in the Manager on Duty program, including weekend stays and hotel monitoring.
