Position : Genesys Developer

Location : Malvern, PA - HYBRID

Duration : 6+Months

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a developer, with experience working on Genesys Cloud & Telephony knowledge

Qualifications

Min of 3 years' experience working on Genesys Cloud
Python
Genesys Cloud Architect Development experience in IVR and routing- Integration with external Services
Troubleshooting environment/ API /JSONs
Contact center experience.
Telephony knowledge

Regarding Python experience added.

We are okay with a solid fundamental level experience. Don't have to be an expert.

If not, the candidate should have programmed in Java or C++.
