Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care within the emergency department.

• Lead and mentor fellow nursing staff in the capacity of Charge Nurse.
• Maintain precise and comprehensive patient documentation.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency setting.
• Experience as a Charge Nurse is mandatory.
• ENPC certification is preferred.
