Job Description:

Job Summary:
The Travel Plaza Cashier at Onvo is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service, accurately processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area within our travel plaza environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service, answering questions and assisting with product location.
* Accurately operate a cash register, handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, and providing correct change.
* Scan and bag merchandise efficiently and carefully.
* Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring accuracy.
* Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including shelves and displays.
* Stock shelves and coolers as needed, ensuring products are faced and rotated.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures
* Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Job Qualifications:
* Previous cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally..
